We exist to enable every organization to do the right thing, at the right time, ALL THE TIME!

There are two types of time: Chronos and Kairos. Chronos is the linear progression of time whereas Kairos is the state of readiness required to take advantage of time, Kairos transcends Chronos in all situations because its very definition depends on the rightness of timing.

Our society's fixation with Chronos has led to many linear time management strategies. Unfortunately, this approach fails to appreciate the importance of Kairos, which is centers on action within the fullness of time.

At InKairos, the rightness of timing is everything. We provide organizations with the methods and tools that enable them to do the right thing, at the right time, all the time.

Unlike many consulting companies that thrive to "camp out" at a client site, InKairos is a deliverable-based  vendor (DBV), which means we enable our clients to identify what they need and when they need it - then our internal team provides the client with the requested deliverable.

To be more specific, we follow a specific process that is illustrated below. First, we identify our client's objectives and perform a high-level analysis to identify the units of work (UoW) that are needed to meet those objectives. Once the UoWs have been identified, we quickly determine the skill sets needed to complete them and assign the resources that will work on specific deliverables associated with a unit of work. the resources collectively finish their deliverables, which ultimately leads to the completion of the unit of work that is provided to the client.

Our deliverable-based approach ensures that our clients get exactly what they need, how they need it, when they need it. Here at InKairos, our goal is simple: we give our clients what they want.
