Traci Howard
Traci Howard has over 20 years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, operational and system automation, restructuring and technology strategies, as well as acquisitions and mergers of over $200M in assets over the course of her career. While in the Security Industry, she was solely responsible for the creation and development of the key administrative operational division for a Fortune 50 Company generating over $220M in annual revenue. She also created and developed a Third Party Services Division, increasing annual revenues 300% by revamping sales and marketing efforts, customer service, and development of viable services. Additionally, she was instrumental in two data conversions of operating systems and orchestrated the conversion of over 1.5 million documents to electronic data storage from paper files. Her experience also includes regulatory compliance relating to SEC, Sarbanes-Oxley, U.L., and the analysis, development and enforcement of contractual obligations.
Her attention to detail and ability to analyze intricate, critical data gives her the ability to assess operational flaws and make necessary adjustments to increase productivity and profit and significantly reduce overhead.
